The Challenge
Managing the sizes, locations and content of thousands of assets throughout the venue. Layer on top of the logistics of managing and producing all these assets, with seeing the client's brand vision through to installation. All while managing expectations for Ameris Bank, Sponsorship, Premium Seats and venue management and operations.
The Solution
Listening. It helps to have a relationship already with all parties involved but we made sure to really hear what each venue department had to say in regards to expectations and goals. By listening to our clients, we were able to develop realistic objectives and attainable goals. Paired with Loud Crowd’s experience in venue activations of all sizes, we were able to get it all produced and installed before the season’s deadline – the first show.
